Sean graduated from UCD with a BSc in Physiotherapy and is a fully registered chartered physiotherapist. Sean has gained valuable knowledge from working in the UK and Australia, as well as Ireland and is finishing his Masters in Physiotherapy in UCD.
Sean is passionate about musculoskeletal physiotherapy and the rehabilitation of sports injuries. He has a special interest in adolescent knee pain, having presented literature reviews on adolescent knee pain at conferences in Liverpool and Geneva. He also has a particular interest in CrossFit & weightlifting injuries, as he is a regular participant in these exercise disciplines.
Sean employs a range of techniques in guiding patients through the rehabilitation. They include: Dry Needling, Orthotic Prescription, Myofascial Techniques, Strength & Conditioning. He has also established and delivered bone strengthening and Pilates classes. Sean is particularly interested in working with clients to help them discover the cause of the symptoms, as well as treating the painful area.
Sean has a real passion for physiotherapy and commits to giving the best to his clients, either to the sedentary individual or to the elite athlete, providing them with the most effective rehabilitation program to get them back to their highest level of functional and physical fitness.
Sean is a big believer in providing hands-on treatment and manual therapy to facilitate the patient’s recovery, along with giving the client a specific and personalised home exercise programme to maintain the benefits of manual therapy.

Shayne graduated from Ulster University Belfast in 2015 with a BSc in Physiotherapy.
Upon graduating Shayne moved to Boston to gain experience in a large private clinic for a year before returning to his native Galway where he continued his private work while also starting his work in sports. Through his work with Galway GAA & Connacht Rugby he gained invaluable experience dealing with elite athletes and their injuries. During this time Shayne worked closely with elite young adults on both long and short term injuries.
From there Shayne moved to the UK where he was made Head of Medicine at Colchester United, a professional soccer club operating in the EFL. Since returning to Dublin Shayne has continued to work in private clinics dealing with a wide arrange of back, shoulder and lower limb issues while continuing his work in sports through rugby and soccer clubs. He has taken specialist courses in shoulder and back injuries.
From his work in sports Shayne has developed a keen interest and wealth of knowledge in shoulder and lower limb injuries. Through his hands on approach coupled with years of exercise based rehabilitation he has developed treatment plans to help patients take control of their injuries and understand the underlying issues that may have caused the issue.
Shayne continues to play Gaelic Football while also playing golf and surfing in his spare time. A regular in Pilates and the gym Shayne understands the importance of physical health to each individual and also the frustration when this is not possible.

Kiera Brown is a passionate Chartered Physiotherapist with a focus on facilitating clients to discover their own movement potential so as to improve their performance – whether that is in everyday life or at elite sports level.
Having graduated in 1998, with a BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy at the University of Ulster, Kiera spent a few years in a hospital setting before moving into Private Practice in 2000. Kiera has an interest in Chronic Pain, Wellness and the promotion of Physical Activity for all.
Kiera has had the privilege of training in Acupuncture, under the direction of Mary Pender and graduated from UCD in 2002 and then further training with world-renowned experts Dr. Tan’s (Balancing method) and John Tindall in London.
She has always loved watching and teaching beautiful, graceful, powerful movements. Initially, she trained in London in 2004, with Body Control Pilates. In 2019, Kiera trained with Joanne Elphinston with the JEMS movement and the results are amazing. She enjoys working with clients to uncover their own dysfunctional movement patterns, to understand how those patterns fuel their pain/ recurrent injuries and then holding the space for clients to discover their own solutions.
Kiera is active in promoting health and wellbeing within the clinic and within the community. She is interested in working with individuals and communities to discover and address the barriers to healthy lifestyle choices. She is the Healthy Club Officer for her local club and sits on the Executive Board. She is responsible for Diversity & Inclusion and Promotion of Health and Wellbeing within the Club. Kiera is also a current member of Board of DLR Sports Partnership, whose main objective is to increase participaton in sport.
During her time off, Kiera is now focusing on cycling. Having had the privilege of running both the New York and Dublin Marathons, she now prefers 10 km leaving the longer distances for the bike! She enjoys yoga, pilates and strength training.
